Orders placed after 3pm est will be processed on the next business day.

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your order has been shipped.

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier issues, or customs delays (for international shipments). We are not responsible for any delays caused by third-party carriers.
